Cancellation Policy
SCHEDULING POLICY: Be on time. 10 min grace period. Late appointments will be charged $15 or otherwise cancelled. No exceptions. No shows will be banned from booking. Cancellations must be notified 24hrs ahead of time in order to reschedule without a new deposit. In the event you need to reschedule the appointment must be used within 30 days of original appointment date. No exceptions. PAYMENT POLICY: $40 Retainer fee goes towards service. It is best to have a fresh face free of oils, sprays, and previous makeup. For the best outcome and to preserve the integrity of my work, eyebrows will be cleaned up if needed. If there is a need to reshape untamed eyebrows there will be an extra $10 charge . NO EXCEPTIONS If you are sick or experiencing symptoms please cancel your appointment in a timely manner. If there are any fresh open cuts or wounds on your face , your service can be denied. If you have severe acne breakouts please do not book a service. Makeup may worsen skin condition.
