Service Description

Soft Glam is a natural, polished makeup look designed to enhance your features while keeping the finish lightweight, fresh, and wearable. This service focuses on clean skin, soft definition, and neutral tones that blend seamlessly for an elevated “you, but better” result. This look includes professional skin prep, light to medium coverage, minimal contour and highlight, softly blended eyeshadow with little to no depth, natural lash enhancement or natural strip mink lash and a neutral lip finish. To elevate your experience and help your makeup last, each Soft Glam service includes a curated take home touch up kit, featuring skincare essentials and a long wear liquid matte lipstick so you can refresh confidently throughout the day. This is not a full glam service. Soft Glam does not include dramatic eyeshadow, heavy contour, bold lashes, or high impact glam techniques. Clients wanting more coverage, deeper eyeshadow, fuller lashes, or event level intensity should book Soft Full Glam instead. Cancellation Policy

MAKEUP SERVICE POLICIES By booking a service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following policies. These policies are strictly enforced to ensure fairness, professionalism, and an elevated experience for all clients. APPOINTMENT TIME AND LATE ARRIVALS Appointments begin at the scheduled time. A 15 minute grace period is provided. Arrivals exceeding 15 minutes will incur a $15 late fee, which is mandatory and non negotiable. This fee must be paid before services begin. Excessive lateness may result in appointment cancellation at the artist’s discretion, with applicable fees still enforced. CANCELLATIONS AND NO SHOWS Clients may cancel their appointment free of charge up to 5 hours before their scheduled appointment time. Example If your appointment is scheduled for 4:00 PM, you must cancel by 11:00 AM the same day to avoid charges. Cancellations made within 5 hours of the appointment time will result in a $25 last minute cancellation fee charged to the card on file. Failure to arrive without notice will be considered a no show and will result in a $25 no show fee. RETAINERS, REFUNDS, AND RESCHEDULING All retainers secure your appointment and are applied toward the total cost of services. Retainers are non refundable and non transferable, except in the event that the artist personally cancels the appointment. If a retainer has been paid, clients may reschedule one time only. The retainer will be held as a credit and must be used within 30 days of the original appointment date. Retainers will be forfeited if the appointment is not rescheduled within this timeframe. CHILDREN AND GUEST POLICY Children are not permitted at appointments. No exceptions. No additional guests are allowed unless the guest is also receiving a service and has already paid a retainer. CLIENT PREPARATION Clients must arrive with a clean, fresh face free of oils, skincare residue, and previous makeup. If makeup removal is required upon arrival, a $10 makeup removal fee will be added to the service total.
